Marsons wins significant transformer order from West Bengal utility

Marsons Limited has secured a significant purchase order valued at ₹25,84,96,779.00 (incl. GST) from the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited. The order entails the manufacturing, testing, supply, and delivery of 3-Phase, 50 Hz, 33/11 KV, Dyn11, Two winding Copper wound outdoor type, Oil immersed, ONAN, 10.0 MVA Power Transformers, complete with OLTC and SCADA compatible RTCC panels.

The execution period for this domestic contract is set for six months. Marsons Limited confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the order does not fall under related party transactions. This disclosure was made in compliance with SEBI Regulations, 2015.
