KEC International secures record Saudi Arabian substation order

KEC International Ltd., an RPG Group company, has announced a new order valued at Rs. 1,038 crore for the design, supply, and installation of a 380 kV GIS Substation in Saudi Arabia. This order, secured on October 15, 2025, marks the company's largest-ever substation contract, enhancing its portfolio and presence in the Middle East.

Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International, highlighted that this strategic win has propelled the company's year-to-date order intake past Rs. 16,000 crore, representing a healthy growth of approximately 20%. This success follows a series of order wins in its transmission & distribution (T&D) business.

KEC International operates as a global infrastructure engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) major with a presence across various verticals including power transmission & distribution, civil, transportation, renewables, oil & gas pipelines, and cables & conductors.
