Insolation Energy expands solar initiatives with new subsidiary HVGM Green Infra

Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd., has incorporated HVGM Green Infra Private Limited on October 15, 2025. This new entity will operate as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) focused on establishing solar power plants.

HVGM Green Infra Private Limited has an authorized share capital of INR 100,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. Insolation Green Energy Private Limited has fully subscribed to these 100% equity shares. As HVGM Green Infra Private Limited is promoted by Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, it is considered a related party of Insolation Energy Ltd.

The new subsidiary's primary business will encompass the development, erection, installation, construction, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy power plants. This includes design, supply, testing, commissioning, and comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) services for Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power projects. The company, incorporated on October 15, 2025, is yet to commence business operations.
