Indo Tech injunction vacated, factory operations normal

Indo Tech Transformers Limited announced on October 15, 2025, that an ad-interim injunction order, granted by the court on July 02, 2025, has been vacated. This vacation became effective on October 13, 2025, following the disposal of an interlocutory application.

Despite this development, the original suit seeking a permanent injunction will continue to be heard. The company confirmed that the operations of its factory remain normal, indicating no immediate operational disruption from the legal proceedings.
