Indian Overseas Bank reappoints Cameo Corporate Services as RTA

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has informed stock exchanges of the reappointment of M/s Cameo Corporate Services Ltd. as its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The bank's board of directors made this decision at a meeting on October 15, 2025, with the appointment taking effect from November 1, 2025. M/s Cameo Corporate Services Ltd. holds SEBI Registration No. INR000003753.

The reappointment follows an Open Tender Process and the expiration of the existing contract with Cameo Corporate Services Ltd. on October 31, 2025.
