Independent director resigns from Gujarat State Petronet board

Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL) announced today the resignation of Shri Tapan Ray, IAS (Retd.), as an independent director from its board of directors, effective October 15, 2025. The company notified both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. of this change, citing compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Shri Tapan Ray submitted his resignation via email on the same date. The departure is immediate.
