This disposal, conducted via secondary market transactions, reduced the Fund's post-sale holding to 3.30% of Yatra Online's total voting capital, down from 5.32% before the sale.

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund maintains that its holding is for investment purposes, not for seeking controlling interest in Yatra Online.
