Gujarat State Fertilizers receives dual independent ESG ratings

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC) has disclosed that CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Ltd. assigned the company an overall ESG Rating of “CRISIL ESG 54” on October 14, 2025. This rating was independently prepared using publicly available information, as GSFC did not engage CRISIL for its evaluation or issuance.

Additionally, on October 15, 2025, CFC Finlease Private Limited independently assigned GSFC an overall ESG Rating of "64." Similar to the CRISIL rating, CFC Finlease's evaluation was based on publicly available information without direct engagement from the company. Both announcements, dated October 15, 2025, were made to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
