Elantas Beck board to review unaudited financial results

Elantas Beck India Ltd. has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending September 30, 2025. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the company's securities has been closed from October 1, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results to the stock exchange.
