BF Utilities schedules board meeting for Q4 and full-year results

BF Utilities Limited will hold a board meeting on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in Pune. The primary agenda includes the approval and record of the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. These results will have been reviewed by the audit committee prior to the board meeting.

In line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, BF Utilities has implemented a trading window closure. This restriction applies to all directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, as well as connected persons, preventing them from dealing in the company’s securities.
