Bajaj Finance board to consider Q2, H1 results on November 10

Bajaj Finance Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities is currently closed. This restriction commenced on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
