Titan board to consider Q2 and H1 2025 financial results

Titan Company Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Monday, November 3, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The results will be released immediately following the conclusion of this board meeting.

In accordance with regulatory guidelines, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives was closed on September 23, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the board meeting's conclusion. This aligns with a previous intimation to the stock exchanges dated September 19, 2025.
