Surana Solar company secretary resigns, effective October 2025

Surana Solar Limited today informed stock exchanges about the resignation of Ms. Vempati Venkata Nagasri Durga Raja Sriramya from her position as company secretary and compliance officer. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on October 10, 2025. The company confirmed it has accepted her resignation.
