Subex wins $1.2m Middle East fraud management upgrade deal

Subex Limited, a global leader in AI-driven telecom solutions, has secured an upgrade engagement worth $1.2 million with a leading communications service provider in the Middle East. This five-year deal focuses on enhancing the operator's fraud management (FM) capabilities by upgrading its existing system to the HyperSense Fraud Management System.

The engagement commences with a comprehensive risk assessment by the Subex Consulting team, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities. This will be followed by the system upgrade, designed to align with the operator's high technical standards, offer greater flexibility in fraud-control rollout, and adopt an analytics-led approach to prevention and investigation.

The client operates a nationwide 5G/4G/fiber network, linking Europe, Asia, and Africa. This collaboration is set to deliver dependable fraud controls that scale without hindering business operations, aiming for lower fraud risk and predictable performance for finance and risk teams.
