Sterling Gtake rebrands as Sterling E-Mobility Solutions

Sterling Tools Limited announced its subsidiary, Sterling Gtake, has rebranded as Sterling E-Mobility Solutions Limited. This strategic change reflects the company's expanding portfolio and commitment to integrated solutions for EV powertrains and power electronics. The rebranding highlights Sterling's vision to lead India's transition to sustainable mobility.

Anil Aggarwal, chairman, Sterling Tools Limited, noted the rebranding signifies a commitment to delivering integrated EV solutions, powered by global innovation and local expertise. He also confirmed Sterling's exclusive partnership with Gtake remains strong. In May 2025, Sterling entered a technology licensing agreement with Advanced Electric Machines (AEM), UK, to manufacture magnet-free motors in India. Following this, in September 2025, the company announced a partnership with Landworld Technology Co. Ltd., China, for on-board chargers and DC/DC converters.

Sterling E-Mobility Solutions Limited focuses on providing EV powertrain and power electronics solutions. Sterling Tech-Mobility Ltd. (STML), another subsidiary, has ventured into emerging sectors like electric vehicle components. These collaborations are part of Sterling's broader strategy to offer localized, high-performance solutions tailored to the Indian EV market.
