Spright Agro secures ₹283.77 crore oilseed supply order

Spright Agro Limited has secured an annual supply agreement worth ₹283.77 crore with Naadir Traders Private Limited for the financial year 2025-26. This order involves the supply of various agricultural oilseeds, including Natural Soybean Oil Seeds, Malkangani (Celastrus Paniculatus) Oil Seeds, Natural Alsi (Flax Seeds), Black Sunflower Oil Seeds, and White Hulled Sunflower Seeds, with deliveries made in quarterly consignments.

The agreement is a fixed-rate annual supply contract, classified as an arm's-length commercial transaction in the ordinary course of business. Spright Agro, incorporated in 1994, specializes in trading, marketing, and supplying agricultural products and oilseeds, and is also engaged in the AgriTech segment.

This substantial order strengthens Spright Agro's revenue visibility and order book for the upcoming financial year, aligning with its strategy to integrate technology-driven efficiencies and expand its sourcing network for institutional clients.
