REC board to meet for results, consider second interim dividend

REC Limited has announced its board of directors will meet on Friday, October 17, 2025. The agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Additionally, the board will deliberate on and potentially declare a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

In accordance with the company's "code of conduct," the trading window for REC's equity shares and other listed securities remains closed from October 1, 2025, until October 19, 2025. The trading window will reopen with effect from October 20, 2025.

During this closure period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised against dealing in REC's equity shares or other listed securities. This adheres to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
