Prestige Group expands Mumbai portfolio with new residential launch

Prestige Group launched "Prestige Garden Trails" in Dahisar-Mira Road, Mumbai, on October 13, 2025. The project spans 5.2 acres with a total carpet area of approximately 1 million sq. ft., featuring 1,324 residential units. This development has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹2,000 crore.

Strategically located at the confluence of Dahisar and Mira Road, the project offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments with modern amenities, including landscaped gardens, a clubhouse, and swimming pool.
