Omaxe subsidiary secures RERA approval for Lucknow project

Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Omaxe Limited, announced it has received a RERA Registration Certificate for its "The Nest" project in Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The registration number, UPRERAPRJ845286/10/2025, was granted by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (U.P. RERA) on October 15, 2025. This approval is valid until August 31, 2027, unless extended.

The RERA registration certifies compliance with regulations, enhances credibility, ensures timely delivery, and fosters trust with buyers through guaranteed transparency and legal protection. This enables the subsidiary to sell, transfer, or advertise the residential project, which is categorized for domestic and international markets.
