NACL Industries announces non-executive director resignation and new appointment

NACL Industries Limited announced the resignation of Natarajan Srinivasan as a non-executive non-independent director, effective October 14, 2025. The company disclosed this information to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd via a letter dated October 14, 2025.

Mr. Srinivasan’s resignation is part of an internal reorganization, as Coromandel International Limited, the main promoter with a 53.08% equity stake in NACL, reconstitutes the board. In his place, Arun Alagappan has been appointed as a non-executive non-independent director.

The company affirmed there are no other material reasons for the resignation beyond those stated in the disclosure, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.
