Marico board to meet for Q2 and half-year financial results

Marico Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, November 14, 2025, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025. The board will also review the limited review report from the auditors during this session.

In conjunction with the upcoming board meeting, Marico has implemented a trading window closure for its shares. The trading window was closed on September 26, 2025, and will remain closed until November 18, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This measure is a standard practice to prevent insider trading ahead of significant financial disclosures.
