Ingersoll-Rand India inaugurates new manufacturing plant in Sanand

Ingersoll-Rand (India) Limited today announced the inauguration of its new manufacturing facility in Sanand, Gujarat. This follows an earlier disclosure on August 12, 2025, confirming the completion of the plant's construction early this month. The inauguration took place in the presence of the senior leadership team of Ingersoll Rand Inc.

The state-of-the-art facility has been commissioned and has commenced trial production. Ingersoll-Rand (India) expects commercial production to begin before the end of the current calendar year. This development is reported in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The announcement was made via a letter dated October 14, 2025, to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The company's chief financial officer and company secretary, P. R. Shubhakhar, signed the disclosure.
