Info Edge reconstitutes audit and stakeholders relationship committees

Info Edge (India) Limited approved the re-constitution of its Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. This decision followed recommendations and approval from the nomination & remuneration committee, and subsequent board resolutions.

The audit committee now includes sanjiv sachar as chairman, and arindam kumar bhattacharya and ashish gupta as members, all serving as independent directors.

For the stakeholders relationship committee, geeta mathur will serve as chairperson (independent director), kapil kapoor as member (non-executive director), and chintan thakkar as member (whole-time director & chief financial officer).
