Gujarat Alkalies receives below average ESG score from Crisil

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited (GACL) announced on October 14, 2025, that Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited assigned it an ESG Score of 50, which is deemed "below average." This rating, based on data from fiscal year 2024-25, was reported to GACL via email on October 13, 2025.

GACL clarified that it did not engage Crisil for this ESG rating; Crisil voluntarily prepared the report using publicly available data. The final ESG rating report is accessible on Crisil’s platform, www.crisilquantix.com, on a subscription basis.
