Endurance Technologies completes e-voting for independent director appointment

Endurance Technologies Limited announced the completion of its postal ballot process conducted through remote e-voting, seeking shareholder approval for the appointment of Shyamak Ramyar Tata as an independent director. The appointment is slated to be effective from November 1, 2025.

The e-voting period commenced on Monday, September 15, 2025, and concluded on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The company engaged NSDL to facilitate the remote e-voting facility for its members.

The results of the postal ballot, along with the scrutuniser’s report, are expected to be declared by Thursday, October 16, 2025. These results will be communicated to the stock exchanges and uploaded on the company’s website and NSDL’s e-voting portal.
