Cyient DLM appoints director, reports mixed Q2 FY26 financials

On October 14, 2025, Cyient DLM announced the appointment of Dr. Ganesh Natarajan as an independent director for a three-year term, effective the same day and subject to shareholder approval. Dr. Natarajan, chairman of 5F World, brings extensive experience in business transformation and innovation. His appointment follows the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation and results in the reconstitution of the committee, with Mr. Murali Yadama as chairperson.

Concurrently, Cyient DLM reported its unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26, showing revenue of INR 3,106 Mn, a 20.2% decrease year-over-year, largely due to the completion of a large order. Despite this, EBITDA remained nearly flat at INR 312 Mn (a -1.4% YoY change), demonstrating operational resilience. Normalized PAT for the quarter was INR 126 Mn, an 18.7% YoY decrease, excluding a one-off earnout reversal of INR 195.75 Mn, which boosted reported PAT to INR 321 Mn.

For the half year (H1 FY26), revenue stood at INR 5,891 Mn, a 9.0% decline YoY, while EBITDA grew by 9.0% to INR 563 Mn. Normalized PAT for H1 FY26 was INR 200 Mn, a 23.1% decrease YoY. The company also disclosed the utilization of IPO proceeds, with INR 6,180 Mn utilized out of INR 6,632 Mn, representing 93.2% utilization as of September 30, 2025.
