Anand Rathi Wealth reports strong half-year financials, declares interim dividend

Anand Rathi Wealth Limited disclosed its unaudited consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. For the half year, total income increased to ₹243.08 crore from ₹201.59 crore in the prior year period, while profit after tax rose to ₹99.71 crore, up from ₹77.71 crore. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the half year also saw an increase to ₹23.86 compared to ₹18.59 previously.

For the second quarter alone, total income reached ₹122.95 crore, an increase from ₹101.99 crore in the corresponding previous quarter. Profit after tax for Q2 stood at ₹51.10 crore, an improvement from ₹40.52 crore year-on-year. The EPS for the quarter was ₹12.24, up from ₹9.70 in the same period last year.

The company's board declared an Interim Dividend of ₹7.00 per share for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for this dividend is October 24, 2025, with payment expected on or before November 13, 2025.
