Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility shares boosted by major pledge release

On October 11, 2025, Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited announced the release of 1,500,000 equity shares from pledge by Luharuka Media and Infra Ltd. This transaction, executed on October 6, 2025, represents a pledge revocation/release and accounts for 0.58% of the company's total share/voting capital. The release follows the repayment of all financial obligations associated with a credit facility.

Prior to this release, Wardwizard Solutions India Private Limited and PAC Yatin Sanjay Gupte collectively held 19.74% of the total share/voting capital. The encumbered shares, before this transaction, stood at 2,072,926, representing 0.80% of the total share/voting capital.

Following the release, the total encumbered shares have reduced to 572,926, now constituting 0.22% of the total share/voting capital. The equity share capital remains at INR 26,06,93,900, divided into 260,693,900 equity shares of INR 1 each.
