UCO Bank board to review financial results October 17

UCO Bank announced its board of directors will convene on October 17, 2025, to consider, approve, and record the unaudited (reviewed) standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This meeting is being held in compliance with Regulation 29, 50, and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In adherence to the bank's Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the bank's securities remains closed. This restriction applies to directors, designated persons, and all insiders and has been in effect since October 1, 2025.

The trading window will continue to be closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The announcement was formally communicated to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited on October 13, 2025, by Vikash Gupta, company secretary.
