Sterling expands Kerala presence with new Malampuzha resort

Thomas Cook (India) Limited announced on October 13, 2025, the launch of Sterling Govardhana Malampuzha, a new resort by its wholly owned subsidiary, Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. This opening marks Sterling's 11th resort across eight destinations in Kerala, reinforcing its leadership in South India's leisure circuits and transforming Malampuzha into a signature getaway destination.

The new resort aims to convert Malampuzha from a day excursion into a short-stay destination for families and couples, connecting markets across Tamil Nadu, Central Kerala, and the Nilgiris. This strategic expansion fortifies Sterling's regional grid and its drive-to circuit linking key locations, aligning with the company's mission to curate "destinations beyond the obvious."
