Spright Agro secures ₹283.77 crore oilseed supply agreement

Spright Agro Limited has executed an annual supply agreement with Naadir Traders Private Limited for the supply of various oilseeds during the financial year 2025-26. This commercial supply contract, valued at ₹283.77 crores, represents a key operational milestone and aligns with the company's strategy to scale its agri-trading and oilseed supply verticals. The agreement provides strong revenue visibility for FY 2025-26 and ensures consistent supply chain utilization.

The agreement covers the procurement and dispatch of several oilseed commodities, including Natural Soybean Oil Seeds (3,275 MT at ₹45.50/Kg), Celastrus Paniculatus (Malkangani) Oil Seeds (205 MT at ₹155.00/Kg), Dry Seeds Natural Alsi (Flax Seeds) (1,825 MT at ₹70.00/Kg), Black Sunflower Oil Seeds (740 MT at ₹98.00/Kg), and White Hulled Sunflower Seeds (910 MT at ₹205.00/Kg). The total contract value for these five consignments amounts to ₹283,77,87,500.

The agreement specifies a one-year delivery tenure for FY 2025-26 with quarterly dispatches, a fixed rate, and an annual supply basis. It includes a quantity tolerance of ±5% permissible per shipment due to seasonal variations. This transaction is in the ordinary course of business and is an arm's length commercial transaction, not falling under related party transactions.
