SMC Global Securities revises NCD issue schedule due to strong investor interest

SMC Global Securities Limited's Non-Convertible Debenture Committee of the Board approved the preponement of the issue opening and closing dates for its NCD issuance. The public issuance, comprising secured, rated, listed, redeemable NCDs of face value INR 1,000 each, aims to raise up to INR 7,500 Lakh (Base Issue Size) with an option to retain oversubscription up to INR 7,500 Lakh (Green Shoe Option).

The issue will now open on Thursday, October 16, 2025, and close on Friday, October 24, 2025. This revision accelerates the previous schedule, which slated the opening for Monday, October 27, 2025, and closing for Monday, November 10, 2025. The decision was made on October 13, 2025, and also includes the approval of an Addendum cum Corrigendum to the Prospectus dated September 30, 2025.
