RR Kabel board to meet October 31 for results, dividend

RR Kabel Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene a meeting on Friday, October 31, 2025. The agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Additionally, the board will discuss the declaration of an interim dividend on the equity shares of the company for the financial year 2025-26.

In adherence to regulatory requirements, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives remains closed. This restriction, which began on July 1, 2025, will continue until 48 hours after the public declaration of the financial results, as per the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and SEBI regulations.

The announcement was made by Anup Vaibhav C. Khanna, company secretary and compliance officer, on October 13, 2025.
