Repro India settles Mahape plant strike, ending seven-year dispute

Repro India Limited has officially settled the strike at its Mahape Plant, an issue ongoing since 2017. The company entered into a settlement agreement dated October 13, 2025, with the Dharmarajya Kamgar Karmachari Mahasangh, the union representing the Mahape Plant workers. This resolution follows an earlier intimation dated April 3, 2017, regarding a strike notice received under Section 24(1) of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971.

The settlement terms include full and final settlement payments made to the concerned workers, effectively resolving the industrial dispute. All related legal proceedings and cases filed by or on behalf of the union and workers will be withdrawn, and both parties have agreed to take necessary steps to restore normalcy at the plant.

This intimation, provided pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, marks the complete closure of the strike-related matter and its associated legal actions, ensuring operational stability moving forward.
