Rajapalayam Mills to review Q2 and H1 financial results

Rajapalayam Mills Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Monday, November 10, 2025, for Board Meeting No. 05/2025-26. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months that concluded on September 30, 2025. This intimation complies with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Rajapalayam Mills also confirmed the closure of its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2025. The trading window will remain closed until November 12, 2025, for the company’s directors and other designated persons, including their immediate relatives.
