Paradeep Phosphates scheme of arrangement with Mangalore Chemicals now effective

Paradeep Phosphates Limited announced on October 13, 2025, that its composite scheme of arrangement with Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, including their respective shareholders and creditors, has become effective. This follows the e-filing of certified sanction orders from the National Company Law Tribunal's Cuttack and Bengaluru Benches with the Registrar of Companies. The "Effective Date 1" for the scheme's purposes is October 13, 2025.

Part II of the scheme, dealing with the amalgamation of Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers into Paradeep Phosphates, will become effective on "Effective Date 2." This "Effective Date 2" is defined as three days after "Effective Date 1." Paradeep Phosphates has committed to making further disclosures upon the occurrence of "Effective Date 2."

Previous disclosures regarding this arrangement were made under LODR Regulations on various dates, including October 08, 2025, September 26, 2025, April 28, 2025, February 27, 2025, and November 25, 2024. The announcement was formally signed by company secretary Sachin Patil.
