Orissa Minerals Development Company reappoints statutory auditors for 2025-26

The Orissa Minerals Development Company Limited (OMDC) has reappointed SDR & Associates, chartered accountants, Bhubaneswar, as its statutory auditor for the financial year 2025-2026. This reappointment follows a communication from the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) and was made in accordance with SEBI regulations and the Companies Act.

SDR & Associates, located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, will also audit the consolidated financial statements of OMDC.

The remuneration and other allowances for the auditors will be regulated as per Section 142 of the Companies Act, 2013, and guidelines issued by the Department of Company Affairs. The appointment is subject to various conditions outlined in the CAG's directive, including restrictions on other assignments to maintain auditor independence.
