Nelco board to review quarterly and half-yearly financials

Nelco Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and six-month period that ended on September 30, 2025.

In compliance with the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in Nelco's securities has been closed since September 24, 2025. This restriction will remain in effect until 48 hours after the financial results are officially declared to the stock exchanges.
