Manorama Industries board to meet for financial results

Manorama Industries Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, accompanied by a limited review report.

The company also informed that its trading window, which closed on September 24, 2025, for dealing in securities by designated persons, will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results. This measure is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
