Mangalore Chemicals amalgamation scheme now effective

Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited (MCF) has confirmed that its composite scheme of arrangement, involving Paradeep Phosphates Limited, became effective on October 13, 2025. The company has e-filed the certified sanction orders from both the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru and Cuttack Benches, with the Registrar of Companies, Bengaluru and Cuttack, respectively.

Part II of the scheme, pertaining to the amalgamation of MCF with and into the Transferee Company, will take effect on October 16, 2025.

MCF will provide further disclosures upon the occurrence of this second effective date. This announcement follows previous disclosures made under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations.
