Jyoti Structures seeks NCLT directions over lenders' alleged breaches

Jyoti Structures Limited today, October 13, 2025, announced the filing of an application with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench. The application seeks necessary directions and action against specific non-fund-based lenders.

The company's action stems from the alleged contravention of provisions within a previously approved resolution plan, as well as directions issued by the NCLT Mumbai through an order dated August 20, 2024. These orders were subsequently affirmed by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in New Delhi on December 9, 2024.

This intimation, made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, highlights Jyoti Structures' ongoing legal efforts to address issues with its lenders. The announcement was signed by company secretary Sonali K Gaikwad.
