The announcement lists several key disclosed projects, including the purchase of land at Ghodbundar Mira Road for a 300-bed hospital with an estimated capex of ₹400 crore, and the acquisition of land on lease in Pune for a 500-bed hospital with an estimated capex of ₹500 crore. Additionally, the company is establishing a 500-bed hospital in Dombivli.

These projects were initially detailed in various financial results presentations, specifically Q1FY26, Q4FY25, and Q3FY25. The company affirms that the Moneycontrol article merely consolidates existing public information and contains no new material developments or ongoing negotiations not already disclosed.
