Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers to discuss half-year financials

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GNFC) has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year concluded on September 30, 2025.

In conjunction with this upcoming board meeting, GNFC confirmed the closure of its trading window. As per the company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI regulations, the trading window remains closed for all designated persons.

The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results. During this closure period, dealings involving the purchase or sale of the company's shares by designated/connected persons, including their relatives, are strictly prohibited.
