Go Fashion (India) concludes income tax search

Go Fashion (India) Limited notified exchanges on October 13, 2025, about the completion of an income tax search. The search, which commenced on October 07, 2025, at the company's offices and warehouse premises, concluded on October 11, 2025.

According to the intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI Regulations, 2015, income tax officials have now vacated all company premises. Go Fashion (India) stated that the company and its officials provided full cooperation throughout the search period.

The company reiterated its commitment to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, emphasizing its adherence to the highest standards of corporate governance and transparency. Go Fashion (India) also confirmed that it will promptly update stock exchanges regarding any future material developments related to this matter.
