Devarajulu Sathyamoorthi acquires significant stake in Shankara Building Products

Devarajulu Sathyamoorthi has disclosed the acquisition of 1,930,000 equity shares in Shankara Building Products Ltd, representing a 7.96% stake in the company. The acquisition, conducted via an open market transaction, involved 1,927,370 shares acquired on September 10, 2025, and an additional 2,630 shares on October 10, 2025. This transaction falls under Regulation 29(1) and 29(3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Following this acquisition, Devarajulu Sathyamoorthi's total holding in Shankara Building Products Ltd stands at 1,930,000 shares, maintaining the 7.96% share/voting capital. The target company's total equity share capital and voting capital before and after the acquisition remain INR 24,24,93,260, comprising 2,42,49,326 equity shares with a face value of INR 10 each.

The disclosure was made to both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), where Shankara Building Products Ltd is listed.
