Bank of India to release Q2FY26 results on October 17

Bank of India has announced its board of directors will convene on Friday, October 17, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited (reviewed) financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. These results will cover both standalone and consolidated financials.

Following the board meeting, a virtual meet with analysts and investors is scheduled for the same day, October 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The bank’s top management, including managing director & CEO rajneesh karnatak and executive directors P R rajagopal, subrat kumar, and rajiv mishra, will discuss the Q2FY26 results.
