Bank of India board to review Q2 financials on October 17

Bank of India has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited (reviewed) financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the second quarter and half year concluded on September 30, 2025. This intimation is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the "Bank of India Directors' and Employees' Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading," the trading window, which was previously closed from October 1, 2025, will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Q2/half-year results.

Further details regarding the financial results will be made available on the bank's website, as well as on the web portals of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after the board meeting.
