Bandhan Bank board to review half-yearly financials on October 30

Bandhan Bank Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 30, 2025, in Kolkata. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter (Q2) and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for Bandhan Bank securities for designated persons and their associates has been closed since October 1, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, ensuring compliance with insider trading norms.

Following the announcement, Bandhan Bank plans to host an earnings call with analysts and investors on October 30, 2025, to discuss its quarterly performance.
