Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC schedules board meeting, earnings call for October 24

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd. has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Friday, October 24, 2025. The meeting will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, specifically on October 26, 2025.

Following the board meeting, an earnings conference call has been arranged for the same day, October 24, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (IST). The call will discuss the Q2 & H1 FY26 unaudited financial results.
