Waaree Renewable Technologies reports strong H1 2025 financials

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) reported substantial financial growth for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Total income for the quarter reached INR 239.54 crore, a significant increase from INR 91.07 crore in the same period last year. Profit after tax also saw a sharp rise to INR 47.96 crore for the quarter, compared to INR 11.04 crore in the previous year.

For the half year ended September 30, 2025, WRTL's total income surged to INR 517.50 crore, up from INR 177.37 crore in the corresponding half year of 2024. The profit after tax for the six-month period likewise escalated to INR 106.33 crore, a substantial increase from INR 21.03 crore in the prior year. This strong performance indicates significant operational and financial improvement for the company.

Basic earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at INR 22.99, while for the half year, it was INR 51.01. The company highlighted that the newspaper advertisements for these un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) were published on October 12, 2025.
